Work cert rider hits regn of construction workers in Maha
Only 13 lakh of the over 18 lakh construction workers in the state have registered with the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board and a section of officials from the labour department cited the mandatory 90-day work certificate rider for signing up with it as the reason for the poor show.
