VB gets Inderjit Singh Indi’s ‘bag’, but no trace of jewellery, documentsThe bag that former cabinet minister Bharat Bhushan was arrested with was finally in the custody of the vigilance bureau. Indi's counsel submitted the bag containing clothes in it at the bureau, but the officials returned the clothes and kept the bag. The vigilance officials had earlier claimed that the bag contained jewellery and vital documents. The bureau also identified the man who had handed over the bag to Indi and also summoned him for questioning. The man claimed that the bag contained only clothes. Indi had surrendered before the bureau on January 2.
