Uttara Kannada celebrates Holi with gaiety, fanfare 
Holi the festival of colour was celebrated with much gaiety in Uttara Kannada except in Yellapur where Devi Jatra concluded last week. People splashed each other in colours in different parts of the district. The festival went on smoothly, without incidents.
