Toddler’s severed head found in Etawah, case lodgedA group of stray dogs was seen sitting around the severed head of a one and half year-old baby in an orchard in Bakewar police area of Etawah district on Sunday.The incident was first discovered by a farmer Rajesh Narain, a resident of Bakewar, who was there to tie his buffaloes.
