Soon, lodge & track your grievances on Noida’s mobile app
Noida Authority is inviting tech companies to develop a grievance redressal app for iOS and Android platforms. The app will provide step-by-step updates on complaints, with an escalation provision if the complaint is not resolved within a specified time limit. The aim is to enhance transparency and allow residents to monitor the status of their complaints. The app will use OTP-based registration, send SMS notifications to complainants, and provide a dashboard for higher-ranking officials to monitor complaints. Companies interested in developing the app must submit their applications by the end of November.
