Smart classrooms at many govt schools shut in Belagavi 
Eight of the 11 smart classrooms, started last year by the Belagavi Smart City Limited (BSCL) in government schools, are shut for the past six months as the department of school education and literacy says it is unable to bear their electricity cost.
