Punjab: Brothers rape, blackmail woman; 1 lands in police net
Police on Wednesday evening arrested one of the two brothers for allegedly raping a woman. Police said the accused, who were in their early 20s, lived in the same area as that of the “rape survivor” and did private jobs.
