Pune: Forced to shut at 11pm, bars open longer, rue dry restos
Several restaurants in the city that do not serve alcohol have reported alleged pressure from the police to close as early as 11pm. This contrasts with the permissions granted to bars and permit rooms, which are allowed to operate until 1.30am.
