Prohibition of phone usage for teachers during classes
Recently, the Ahmedabad City District Education Officer (DEO) and District Primary Education Officer (DPEO) issued a new circular reaffirming the ban on teachers using phones during classes. Back in 2010, the state education department had already issued an order prohibiting schoolteachers from using their phones while in the classrooms.
