Over 5k stolen phones returned to owners in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack in 2 years
More than 5,000 stolen mobile phones which were recovered by the commissionerate police in the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack in Odisha have been returned to their owners in the last two-and-half years, police records revealed.
