More rain in store for Kol over next few days
Spells of heavy shower on Wednesday evening led to waterlogging in some central and north Kolkata pockets. Coupled with lightning, the downpour slowed down traffic movement during the busy evening hours. Thousands returning home were caught in the sudden rain that lasted more than an hour. The Met office expects more such showers over the next few days.
