MLA: Udupi lacks proper UGD networkThe Udupi City Municipality, with 35 wards, does not have a proper scientific underground drainage (UGD) system. Leakages in the existing networks, which are old, is posing health hazard to the residents.The city was sanctioned UGD in 1988 and the same was commissioned in 2009.
