Man arrested on charges of killing construction workerMulki police arrested an accused on the charges of the murder of a construction worker. The arrested is M Murugan, 36, from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. Harish Salian, 37, from Karkala was found dead near Mulki bus stand on Sunday.
