Ludhiana transport dept officer arrested in graft case
The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) on Friday arrested a Punjab Civil Services (PCS) officer Narinder Singh Dhaliwal, posted as Regional Transport Authority (RTA) at Ludhiana, for running a racket to collect bribes from transporters.
