Landslide fears after 300m crack in Padarwadi hamlet
As many as 70 residents of Padarwadi, a tribal village near the Bhimashankar wildlife sanctuary in Khed tehsil, are living in fear of a landslide after a 300m-long crack surfaced on the land near their houses on August 1. Tehsil officials are exploring options to relocate the villagers to a safer place.
