Karnataka minister KS Eshwarappa wants bribe, says contractor in letter to PM Modi 
Santosh K Patil, a Belagavi-based contractor, in a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union rural development and panchayat raj minister (RDPR) Giriraj Singh, has alleged that KS Eshwarappa, state RDPR minister, and his associates are harassing him for “commission” to clear bills that are pending for almost a year.
