Kanpur custodial death: Non-bailable warrant against 3 cops
The Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against three policemen including the absconding Maitha outpost in-charge in connection with the death of a trader Balwant Singh in police custody in Kanpur Dehat on December 12. Earlier, the police booked seven persons including a duty doctor of the district hospital.
