Jagdeep Dhankhar clears two essential finance bills
Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Wednesday approved the West Bengal Financial Bill and the West Bengal Appropriation Bill following a three-hour discussion with chief secretary H K Dwivedi and finance secretary Manoj Pant, reports Debashis Konar.
