Induction of Agniveer Vayu candidates begins at ATS 
The induction process for the first batch of agniveer vayu candidates under the ambitious agnipath scheme of the central government will commence at the airmen training school atsbelagavi. The only training center in the country, the induction process will last 22 weeks and 150 agniveer vayu noncombatant candidates will undergo the training at the same time. The training also begins at the same time for 2850 selected agniveer vayu candidates. The candidates will be selected by airmen selection centres located in various states of the country under the aegis of the central airmen selection board. The casbenrolment of the candidates will be held from december 25 to 29.
