IMD forecasts light rain in Pune, heavy over ghats
India Meteorological Department (IMD) has declared an orange and yellow alert forecasting partial increase in rainfall activity over the Konkan and adjoining ghats of Madhya Maharashtra in the next three days due to the strengthening of westerly winds from the Arabian Sea. The city will see light rainfall.
