Gangster Act invoked on jailed SP MLA Irfan Solanki, brotherThe joint commissioner of police (JP) of Kanpur, Anand Prakash Tiwari, said that the Kanpur police have invoked the Uttar Pradesh Gangster Act on jailed Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Irfan Solanki and his brother Rizwan Solanki.
