Maharashtra government has launched a flagship programme of providing health insurance called 'Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jana Arogya Yojana' in 865 villages on the Karnataka border and our chief minister Basavaraj Bommai should resign as he has failed in protecting the sovereignty of the state, said leader of opposition in the assembly Siddaramaiah.
