Education loan misuse in Haveri Govt Engineering College under lens 
Five officials at the Government Engineering College in Haveri have allegedly misused funds of Rs 20 crore that was sanctioned as a loan by a nationalised bank for engineering students. It is alleged that a loan for about 50 students was not transferred from the staff of the college for 10 months.
