Dist reports 4 new cases of Covid-19 after 16 days
In Ludhiana, India, there is a threat of a new Covid19 variant. Four new cases of Covid19 were reported after a 16-day gap, and three of those cases were from Ludhiana. The cumulative Covid count in the district has gone up to 113631 cases out of which 110610 patients have recovered and 3018 patients have died. The health department said on Tuesday that 805 samples were taken for Covid testing, 354 samples were sent for Covid testing, and all the patients were in home isolation. Health officials said that people should follow Covid norms in light of the threat of the BF7 variant, and preferably wear masks while visiting crowded places.
