Devendra Fadnavis told PMC not to rush with Balbharati link road: MLA Siddharth Shirole
Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis directed the civic administration not to rush with the proposed Balbharati-Paud Phata road project, MLA Siddharth Shirole told TOI on Tuesday. Fadnavis, during his visit to the city on Monday, held an informal meeting regarding the proposed road project. MLA Shirole had attended it. Members of the Save Vetal Tekdi Action Committee said they would trust the government only if it instructed (PMC) in writing to go slow regarding the project. Shirole said, "It was an informal meeting, where Fadnavis wanted to know about the issue. We apprised him about the proposed project as well as the concerns of the environmentalists and local residents."
