Belagavi MLA opts to dig borewells to mitigate water supply issue

Belagavi (South) MLA Abhay Patil has found a different solution to mitigate the disruption in water supply in the city at the onset of summer. He is digging 73 borewells in his constituency to find an immediate solution to the problem, since elections are inching closer.
