At condo, ‘influential’ man vs others in encroachment row
Residents of Civitech Stadia, a condominium in Noida, are upset over encroachments of the common area by a resident who claims to be related to a former BJP minister. The encroachments consist of structures made of wooden boards, iron poles, and angles. The flat owner, Tarun Singh Nagar, has defended himself by saying that he made a temporary structure in his lawn for his children's safety. Residents have filed a police complaint against the encroachment. This incident is reminiscent of the Shrikant Tyagi episode from last year, where another resident encroached on the common area.
