A master & his pet’s 600-km pilgrimage
The last two years when Shankarayya Matapathi set off on his annual pilgrimage to Mallikarjun temple at Srisailam in Andhra Pradesh, his pet dog would walk along with him. Matapathi would walk a little distance and return home, and leash the dog.
