10 years on, cops arrest man who jumped parole in 2013
It took Ludhiana Rural Police more than 10 years to arrest a man who jumped parole in 2013 and went untraceable. The accused, who was undergoing a life sentence when he jumped parole, was finally arrested on Friday.
