Wheat arrivals surge in Punjab, but yield likely to be low overall
The grain markets of Patiala and Sangrur this year have witnessed manifold increase in the arrival of wheat this year. The farm experts credit hot weather as the major reason behind the early wheat arrivals and believe the per-acre yield overall will decline.
