West Bengal: VB registrar quits post, week after proctor
The registrar at Visva-Bharati submitted his resignation on Tuesday, a week after the university's proctor, Samiran Mondal, had quit. Sources in the central university said both resignations were over a difference in opinion over lodging complaints against agitating students.
