West Bengal Metro Dairy sale not illegal: High court
Calcutta High Court on Monday said the state's decision to sell 47% shares of Metro Dairy Limited to Keventer Agro Limited was "neither illegal nor arbitrary". The court said the state also could not be faulted for any "non-transparent or opaque procedure for sale of shares".
