West Bengal govt in HC div bench over Jhalda CBI probe
The Bengal government on Wednesday moved a division bench of Calcutta High Court, challenging the order of a single bench that handed over the Jhalda Congress councillor murder case to the CBI. The HC will hear the matter next week.
