WB: World’s oldest fingerprint bureau gets own home
CID’s Fingerprint Bureau, the oldest of its kind in the world where two sub-inspectors — Hem Chandra Bose and Azizul Haque — devised a mathematical formula to classify fingerprint patterns that is still in use 125 years later, got its own home on Monday.
