Union minister offers cultural bonanza for Dharwad city 
The function to lay the foundation stone for the regional centre of Kendra Lalitkala Akademi in Dharwad on Monday came as a boon for artists, writers and musicians of the region as Union minister of state for parliamentary affairs and culture Arjun Ram Meghawal came out with a series of assurances to develop Dharwad as the cultural capital of Karnataka in true sense of the term.
