Two tram routes in Kolkata set to make a comeback
The West Bengal Transport Corporation on Saturday announced the revival of two tram routes - Kidderpore-Esplanade and Bidhannagar-Rajabazar. They will start operations before Durga Puja. Before cyclone Amphan in May 2020, six routes were operational in the Kolkata tramway network.
