Two drown in pond in BantwalTwo persons including a 17- year- old boy drowned in a pond at a stone quarry at Narikombu in Bantwal on Friday. The deceased are Nidhish and his cousin Jagadish, 39. While the purpose of them stepping into the pond is still not clear, it is learnt that they left home by 4.30pm.
