Slain gangster Vikas Dubey’s Rs 50-crore properties to be seized
The authorities are all set to begin proceedings for the attachment of properties worth Rs 50 crores of slain gangster Vikas Dubey, the main accused of Bikru incident who was killed in a police encounter.
