Sewage water in lake poses threat to migratory birds 
The ‘Great Backyard Bird Count’ conducted by Bombay Natural History Society Mumbai, Nature Research Centre, Nature First Eco Village and green lovers of Dharwad from Feb 18–20 has revealed that Kelageri lake and Botanical Garden of Karnatak University Dharwad are losing their ecological value and failing to attract migratory and resident birds.
