RUB yet to be declared open, but people use it to ‘save time’
While the formal opening of Railway Under Bridge (RUB -2) from Pakhowal road to Sarabha Nagar for traffic is yet to be announced, commuters have already started using it even though officials have claimed that it will take a couple of days to lay bitumen at the road.
