A man from Delhi has been arrested for cheating a resident of Noida of over Rs 2.3 crore in a property deal. The accused, Shravan Kumar Chaudhary, allegedly created a fraudulent contract to sell a property that actually belonged to the Noida Authority. The complainant paid the sum in two installments before realizing the property's ownership. Chaudhary threatened the complainant when asked to return the money. An FIR has been registered against Chaudhary, who has now been arrested.
