Road work resumes in Lingaraj Nagar HDMC has resumed the work of laying a concrete road in Lingaraj Nagar that was dug up a month ago. TOI had published a report on the poor condition of the road on Wednesday. Dr B Gopal Krishan, the commissioner of HDMC, told TOI that work resumed on Wednesday night.
