The Rehra in UP came to the rescue of an elegant splendour project that had failed to be completed within the specified time. The homebuyers’ association approached the Rehra and sought its intervention. The Rehra assessed the situation and handed over the project to a developer to complete it within 12 months. The Rehra will monitor the progress.
