Realty registrations dip in April in Kolkata
The city and its suburbs witnessed the registrations of 3,280 residential units in April 2022, a sharp 30% decline against the previous month. The figure is even lower than 3,673 registrations that had happened in April 2021 prior to the introduction of stamp duty cut in July 2021.
