Rain lashes northeast, hailstorm in Dibrugarh
Rain and hailstorm lashed several parts of Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours, even as an "yellow warning" persists in the three northeastern states for next four days due to presence of a cyclonic circulation over east Assam and its neighbourhood.
