It will be the fifth big, fat swearing-in ceremony outside the Raj Bhawan in Punjab when Bhagwant Mann will take oath as the chief minister of the state on Wednesday. The trend, started by Parkash Singh Badal in 1997, is being taken to the next level by the AAP as the event is slated to be the biggest-ever so far.
