Punjab: Farmer goes missing, family suspects murder
A 40-year-old farmer went missing under mysterious circumstances from Dhamot Kalan village, Payal, on Tuesday night. Jagdev Singh had gone to his fields, but did not return. The family suspects he was murdered as blood stains were found at the spot. The police, however, have lodged a kidnapping FIR as the body has not yet been recovered.
