Pune: Tomato prices fall in local markets amid fresh supply
Tomato prices in city retail markets have fallen to Rs50-80 per kg, depending on size and quality. The same prices dipped to Rs30-40 in the wholesale market at Gultekdi Market Yard, following a surge in arrivals of tomato stocks from Osmanabad, Aurangabad and other districts of Marathwada.
