Pune: Rioting charges invoked in murder of jailor’s son
The Hadapsar police have invoked charges of rioting under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and charges under the Arms Act against five suspects, including a woman and a 15-year-old boy, in the case of the recent murder of Amravati jailor’s son Giridhar Gaikwad (20).
