Over a month after a youngster from Bibvewadi drowned while swimming in the reservoir of Khadakwasla dam, another youth, Ashish Subhash Furange (18) from Karvenagar, met with a similar fate on Saturday afternoon, casting doubts over steps taken by the authorities to curb this risky activity.
